week 9

He tries to advocate himself to be the president’s successor by delivering his speech with panache. His amicable personality is his greatest asset. The entourage of supporters, listening to his inspiring speech, roared with approval at his every sentence. To his critics, the roars are like venom to their ears.

week 9

Intelligence is the greatest asset of a robber. His astute sense of danger will be essential in getting him out of harm’s way. He scrutinizes his oblivious victim’s every action and when the timing is right, he will make his move by blatantly extorting his prey in the remote streets before fleeing the scene.

week 8

His innate ability to attract others’ attention is admired by many. The myriad of girls surrounding him each day is evidence to his charisma. An unending stream of girls swarmed towards him every other day as he struggle to accommodate to all their needs. He is often deemed to be a Casanova but underneath his charismatic face masks a latent past waiting to be unraveled.

week 8

She deemed that the room was far too small for her as she sashayed around the room, noting every cobweb in the room. Her constant craving for an air-conditioner is starting to annoy me as she continued her patrol. What make her such a difficult roommate to accommodate are her picky habits as I made an abortive attempt to ignore her shortcomings. She viewed my house as a barometer from her fall from riches.

week 7

my life is like a complicated labyrinth
like a myriad blood vessels beneath my skin
like a forest maze
which i'm trapped in

for all these years
i've assiduously thought of plans
which perpetuated with
subtle tricks and hints

to get myself out
of this malicious cycle
and the fallacious paths
i've taken thus far

Fate has been toying
with what we call Life.
it's nothing but a subterfuge..
now that i see it the Light.

week 6

Every weekend, i will always go to pasir ris park to meet up with my coterie to play soccer. And we will usually go to this "cache" in the park where people seldom go to. We are amorous  about
soccer. We will usually embellish our soccer skills by playing against each other.

And we normally welcome any interloper to challenge us,

week 5

week 5

On a particular day, i took a bus to my school like i usually do. Once i stepped into the bus, i could clearly hear a middle aged woman declaiming overtly over the phone. Furthermore, the language she was speaking was completely extrinsic to me.  Hence, i felt really irritated by it.

As i sat down, i thought, "Isn't there alleged  to be a law to preclude people from talking so loudly?". i sighed, hoping there will be a law to prevent this from happening again.

week 4

last night i had a dream,

which filled my brain to the brim

a dream of my pugnacious classmate

who scoffed at the food on my plate

that brash little twerp

who is just an unknown clerk

but loves to belittle other people's abilities

and blow up his own capabilities

i punched his nose, in a state of frenzy

week 4

i have been pretty nettled by certain issues lately, in a supine position, I lie on my bed silently, contemplating on life...

What's with the world these days? the pragmatism of people in this society certainly turns me off, and makes me ponder on the bias and stereotyped mentality that the real world has.

if this goes on forever, this would probably be one of the incisive realities of what we call, Life.

when will this end? will this even come to a momentary standstill? alas, the cruelty of the human minds.
